Hu Qiang, an honest man who worked at the grass-roots level of the company for ten years, suddenly got the opportunity to “get promoted”.  He was transferred to manager of a small department called the “shit Department”.  His subordinates are not ordinary people: troublesome programmer Ouyang Mofei, energetic salesman Tang Haixing, gossipy secretary Jin Ruoyu, unflexible designer Su Kejie, fragile copywriter Pang Xiaobai, silly intern Sha Lele. The only thing they have in common is that they are all loser.  Other people work 8 hours, they work infinity hours, they have to do a lot of shit every day, just on the loss can eat.  But even so, this group of salted fish are not satisfied with the status quo, they try to live, rescue their own work and life, staged a laugh out of the story.
