Compositor–合成师

Compositors construct the final images by combining layers of previously created content, including rendered computer images, effects, graphics, live action and static background plates.

To do this role, the candidate will need to:

• have the talent to make artistic judgements in keeping with a Director or VFX Supervisors briefing
• be able to analyse and solve problems
• possess extensive knowledge of current compositing software such as Nuke X
• work closely with lighting, look development and effects artists to define the optimal approach to achieving a desired look for a shot
• have a good eye for composition, colour, light and shadow
• have good knowledge of keying, colour balancing, rotoscoping, image paint and correction techniques
• have good problem-solving skills, communicate well and work as a part of a team
• pay close attention to detail
• be able to take direction and be willing to address constructive feedback
• be able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure

合成师通过叠加之前创作的内容层，构造最终的影像镜头，包括计算机图形、视效、图像、真实镜头和静态背景素材的渲染。

• 熟练掌握抠像、色彩平衡、动态遮罩绘制、图像绘画和校正技术
