The Buddies | 2018 | Bao Beier
Fat Buddies is a comedy action film directed by Chinese actor-director Bao Beier starring Wen Zhang and co-starring Li Chengmin, Xu Juncong, Zeng Yijun, Zhang Menglu, with special appearance of Guo Jingfei, Yasuaki Kurata, Ryu Kohata, Qi Yuwu, Wen Juan and special starring of Song Jia, Lamuyangzi. It depicts a set of dangerous stories evolving around spy “J” and Hao Yingjun, a security guard who joined together to finish a special mission, which also creates a series of funny and annoying things. VHQ was involved in the post-production of FX for the film.
